    Bug Deflectors

    I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they don't work very well. I can't see it creating a large enough deflection in the air flow around a vehicle to push bugs out of the way of your windshield. Maybe it will keep your hood a bit cleaner, but that's about it.

    It's tough to tell from the picture but do you have tow hooks on that? Or is that just part of the hitch? If you have tow hooks I would be interested. My 05 Renny had them and I was stupid and forgetful and did not take them off before she made her final trip to the yard.

    Ended up putting around 850 lbs of pellets in the back of the Jeep. I think she could have taken a bit more but the rest fit in my biddies pickup. Drove fine and the ass wasn't dragging down the street or anything.

    No, but I get an issue with mine sometimes that the volume turns down, even if I'm trying to turn it up. I have to power it off, wait a minute, and turn it back on to get it to work.

    $3.03/gal yesterday for 87! Last time it broke $3/gal people started bitching and eventually it went down. Now we've been trained to think $3/gal is OK. Thank God I found a job closer to work. And my wife works about 5 blocks from me so we can carpool. We don't, but we *could*.

    Weight of the Libby also depends on how much gas was in it. Maybe he was running on fumes. Anyway, I found a friend to help me move the pellets so I'll have 1000# or less in the back of the Jeep. I'll try to take pics. I think we're picking them up this weekend.
