Difference in part numbers

I purchased an EVIC from a fellow forum Jeeper and ordered the EVIC retainer from the local stealership. 6 months later and they still can't get me the friggin part. I've found a few online but I have a question for yous guys. What is the difference between 5072348AA and 68021469AA? Besides the obvious price difference, will both of these work on my '05 Liberty and securing the EVIC to the roof?

No one knows? I know the 507xxx part number is older. Maybe they are both the same with different part numbers?
