Thanks guys, all these posts are very helpful. The shocks are for a KJ not the Durango. I guess my biggest concern was if the shocks where bad. I can deal with the noise, just don't want a problem with the performance.

No I haven't got a chance to see one of those displays. I do like your description of the noise being like wet sneakers, it is sorta like that! My biggest question was if the shocks blew already, I haven't wheeled it yet so it hasn't seen anything worse then a speed bump or snow piles....

I'm not sure if they are installed up or down, I had them installed. on KJ's should the body or the piston rod side be up?? I will look as soon as I get a chance to. Would that cause the hissing ( bike pump ) sound??

My '06 limited does both, the off an on as well as the overflow. But I notice at certain stations not everywhere. The first time it overflowed I was pi$$ed off, how it can ruin the paint an all but then I thought hhmm gives me a reason to bedliner the belt line down of my KJ....

I did a bit of looking up of part numbers a while back, an came across that an early 2000's ram with a 4.7l use the same model therm. as our 3.7l. So an aftermarket therm. for one of those should work. I got my info from Napa an Autozones web sites.

I just put a set of the Wet Okole's on the front seats on Friday... I used them to go skiing up in NH this weekend an they work GREAT! Very comfortable as well.. With those an a set of catch-all floor mats.. all the snow was no prob. I'll be doing both for the rear seat as soon as the money...
