Started in 02. Sold it "uncompleted" in late 05.
bought it back in worst shape than it was when I sold it in july of 12.

here in ohio if it has a windshield ad lights its pretty much legal so it will ALWAYS be tagged regardless of how it looks. But it will be a dedicated trail vehicle.
