I got rid of my cover, I like the naked wheel and tire, but if they ever make a "TRAIL RATED" emblem tire cover, that would seroiously tempt me to put one back on
has anyone got a pic of a KJ with this on it http://www.autoanything.com/grille-guards/60A1223A0A0.aspx .......I have a feeling it would look great, its just hard to buy it with out a visual, and to see how tall the bar comes up in front of the grill
or if there is a similar setup that you...
I pulled mine off to see if it had a steel wheel or alloy under there, and its staying off!........I think it looks much nicer with the alloy rim than that dirty faded cover...and mine stays garaged so it doesnt really take a beating from the elements
I got the Garmin 320 and I love it....I compared to all the other brands and also to the other Garmin models and decided that bang for the buck (I got it for 350.00 on Amazon, plus I bought a 1 gig card, 29 bucks)I loaded all of the US and Canada.....the 340 has preloaded maps and has a hard...
I just got my KJ Limited and it had no owners manuel, so I dont know the procedure for programing the transmitter to work with my opener..is there an online tutorial or manuel that I can look at....without going on ebay and buying an 2003 book that I really dont want or need for any other...
I had it most of the day had it checked top to bottom at a Jeep dealer and another bodyshop and it got a clean bill of health.......I wrote a check and drove it home.......sssshhhh......my wifes out of town and doesnt know yet.........
what was the standard warranty and powertrain warranty on the 03 model year?...and is it transferable to the third owner(this one only has 15k on it)...I was hoping that at least there was a remaining powertrain warranty, but it sems like they had increased it in 04 to the 5 year 70k from the...
the 04 i was looking at had some suspect black goo all over the front dif and now I found an really low miles 03 limited with only 15,000 miles on this one and it has the selct trac too....for $13,900....I believe this is a deal if everything checks out OK on this one
I had a Durango with the...
thanks for the pics.....the two I saw today both looked alot worse than your leaker.....when looking at the case from standing in front of the bumper the whole thing is just covered with blackish goo, not just where the seal is....so anyway, this one is a used 04 with 41k, that should have...
Sorry.......I meant the front differential.......and I didnt climb all the way under but I think the oil filter is just above and to the left of the differential...so Im thinking that sloppy oil changes have dripped down onto the dif........ or do all these KJs have a leak....
Ive been shopping for a used KJ and noticed black goo on the transfer case on most of the 4x4s.......I have seen how close the oil filter is and Im assuming that is residue from past oil changes that is collecting the dirt and making it look like the transfer case is leaking......or do all the...
so are these transmitters powered....Im assuming that you have to service them and change out a battery eventually....
so how are they installed, do you have to drill into your wheel or do they stick to the inside of the rim.......I really like this feature, and would not want to lose...
If you change the wheels on a KJ with tire pressure sensors, can you easily convert the new setup to function like the factory installed wheels?....Ive never seen how this type system works, if there is a info page about how this is "wired" to a rotating wheel..I would like to see it...

I sat in one of the Nitros today...seems about the same quality as the rest of the Chrysler stuff......it shares alot of Liberty stuff,
Motor, Tranny.....and the inside handles are taken directly from a KJ......I think it looks a bit better in person than in these pics....and Im glad they at...
