mmm, i pass with B, since the hitch comment lowered my "safety" rating. i've done it, no issues.

...that rear bumper has rear taillight guards that can go thro hell and back.

in theory you could do the same thing then. just dont let it angle TOO much and slide off. lol3.gif havent done that but i can see some "special" people managing it. i'll have to drag it out and work on the points just to see. i'll let you know my findings.

haven't used it to lift from the side, but i hear you need a plank of wood to distribute the weight along the pinch weld on the side or you will bend it. i learned a nifty trick to slide it into my rear hitch and you can get the back up nicely. that i have done.

What years also have that same gauge cluster? I've only seen that in a CRD so I thought it was just exclusive for them. that is unless you have a CRD (no hijack intended)

OK so I've come to realize all moab's aren't created equal. Found out I had the "smooth side" style, but now i'm curious if they came out with different finishes from the factory. The reason I ask is because I found one on eBay, but it looks too shiny to match my set. Maybe it's just me but can...

I only assumed they were doing better when I was surrounded by 3 other jeeps driving home from class last night, lol.
