Yes, I'm getting JBA controls arms put on today then getting Toyo Open Country AT2's P245/75 R16 tires asap.

    Toyo Open Country AT II

Do you think the "P" rated tires have a less aggressive tread pattern than the "LT"? My local tire shop showed me the "LT" tire, which I was very impressed, however they did not have a "P" rated in stock. I'm getting my JBA control arms installed tomorrow and replacing a bad wheel bearing then...

    Toyo Open Country AT II

Is anyone running Toyo Open Country AT II's P245/75 R16? Not LT. I would really like to see some pictures of other Peoples' Liberty with this Tire if possible. Thanks!

After $25 for the Thrush Turbo muffler and $30 for the muffler shop to install it, I can say I couldn't be happier! It gave my Jeep a deeper sound and I don't think it's much louder than stock. Cruising on the highway I can't hear it at all. In fact all I hear is the tire whine. I'm going to...

    3.7L Performance

I went with a Thrush Turbo muffler. Mainly because of the price. Brand new for $25. If I hate it I can buy something else. I'm not looking for performance gains or a cool sound. I just needed a cheap replacement for my rusted stock muffler. Hopefully doesn't drone too badly.

    3.7L Performance

I've been reading through the posts and I can't get a definitive answer about mufflers/exhaust. I'm going to need a replacement muffler soon. To be honest, I don't care about my Jeep sounding "cool". Trust me, when I was younger I put a Cherry Bomb on a 2.2 4 cylinder Chrysler and Purple Hornies...

    recall info

Thanks for confirmation. I didn't want to ask the service manager since I didn't have an existing hitch. On a very positive note, they told me my Jeep was in great shape. One of the nicest bodies for the year.

JBA upper control arms. Lifted or stock?

Thanks Tom! I really appreciate the quick response!

JBA upper control arms. Lifted or stock?

I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty that needs to have both upper control arms replaced. I really want to buy a better control arm that has a replaceable ball joint. I've heard good things about JBA. So, my question is which do I buy; the lifted or the stock? When I bought the Jeep in November the dealer...

    recall info

I can confirm that, yes, you can have your Jeep serviced for that recall. The reason I know is because last week my hitch was installed on my 2004 Jeep Liberty. The only thing that was concerning for me was over the phone I was told they would have to inspect my Jeep for rust to make sure it...

    2004 Liberty

Update on my Jeep. I replaced the TPS with a genuine Mopar TPS about a week ago and the Jeep has never ran as good as it does now. My best MPG has been 18. I'm still looking to replace the tires in the spring. With my lift measurement being 21 inches from middle of hub to bottom fender flare...

    2004 Liberty

Sorry, I did use ATF+4 synthetic. I'll check the TPS today. Hopefully it's just a bad connection. Thanks for all the info, guys. It is greatly appreciated.

    2004 Liberty

Would a bad TPS cause tranny shift issues? I just got a P0122 code this evening. Jeep wouldn't shift until like 3,000-4,000 RPM and would jerk when coming to a stop. I hit the O/D button off then back on and it went to "normal". I also have a P0137 code, but I wouldn't think it would affect the...

    2004 Liberty

Small world! I was born and raised in Marietta. Graduated in '97. I check again and 3 tires are at 21 inches but the back passenger is at 22. Driver's side control arm ball joint is bad and I was told the control arm in the rear was bad too. I'll have to get under and snap a few pics.

    2004 Liberty

Ok, unless my tape is off I swear I've got 21 inches front and back. Also, I swear I've got Bridgestone Dueler APT III LT265/75 R16 tires.

    2004 Liberty

I'm in McConnelsville. It's about 30 minutes from Zanesville. I tried measuring and I may have to find a flat spot to park and try again. I got 23 inches on the driver's back and 21 inches on the driver's front. Passenger side was 21 inches in the back then I noticed my driveway was causing it...

    2004 Liberty

Here's my 2004 Liberty. I was told by the dealer it has a 2 inch lift . It came with Bridgestone 265/75 R16 tires, but I'm looking to go down to 245/75 R16 tires sometime. I had the oil changed, transmission filter and fluid changed along with new pan gasket, and new NGK plugs installed. So...

Help with cargo net 04 Liberty

Thanks. That crossed my mind last night while I was going to bed. I even thought if the string wasn't long enough I could try to find some paracord and string it back up that way. Now I just need to find out how that panel pops off!

Help with cargo net 04 Liberty

I'm not sure if this is where I ask this, so I apologize if this is the wrong place. I purchased a 2004 Jeep Liberty and tonight I accidentally broke the rear cargo net pouch that's in the rear passenger side panel. I can't seem to find a replacement. Is it fixable? Any help is greatly appreciated.
