Transmission HELP!
the 45RFE's limp mode is Rev + 2nd & 3rd , unlike the 42RLE which is rev + 2nd since you say it's not shifting - it doesn't sound like it's in limp mode, and i have seen 45RFE's lose gears due to bent valve body cover plates and not generate any live codes sonnax / transgo have accumulator...- JeepinJarhead03

Ripped CV boot
ive torn up a couple boots here and there, aside from the time and effort it takes to remove the cv its a quick fix to put on new boots , if the boots are still good on cvs whenever you put on new ones, salvage the boots off of them before you deliver them as cores and youll always have...- JeepinJarhead03

can get replacement strut studs from any of the typical parts stores in the HELP! section just cut off the original studs, drill them out of the bracket and bolt in the new studs.- JeepinJarhead03

Losing coolant (KJ,liberty)
and make sure you have a clean microfiber rag or something of the sorts in case the window fogs up while youre driving as the defroster without heat flow may not have the desired effect.. and maybe a jacket and a blanket for an emergency as the heater wont work either but it wont leak :\- JeepinJarhead03

yeah, that steam is not cool in the mean time, to avoid the heater core leaking, see if you can find someone (if you dont feel comfortable doing it) to loop your heater core hoses. basically unhook both of them at the firewall and put a piece of pipe fitting , like a garden hose splicer...- JeepinJarhead03

lot of people had it done then took the hitch and sold it on craigslist heh you'd have to check your vin to see that it wasn't already completed by the previous owner, if it was , not a gigantic deal, can usually get the nice beefy tube uhaul style hitches for 50 bucks or so on ebay- JeepinJarhead03

2.5" lift. JBA UCA no cotter pin hole

yes but not to the point where it wont rev, and the directional door can be slow to get to its home, but once its there if there's a vac leak of that caliber behind the controls, youd probably be looking for the snake hissing under your seats.- JeepinJarhead03

dash lights
yeah, several around have used them from superbright , make sure you get a spare or two , once in awhile they have manufacturing defects, same with standard bulbs if youre thinking of changing colors, i'd advise against blue, one of my 2way radios faceplates is blue and it kills my eyes at...- JeepinJarhead03

No Crank Condition when Hot 2002 Liberty 3.7
just wondering if the ohms on the relay even perhaps cold will show as being off i just think you're on to something with the voltage discrepancy for a cold reading of 11v- JeepinJarhead03

sorry i typed two different sentences / two different thoughts F8 is a 40 under the hood if im not mistaken its between the starter and the relay according to the wiring diagram, or atleast on the path to the starter with the ignition initialized, here's the starter relay continuity check...- JeepinJarhead03
