Passenger Seat Airbag Sensor
It does go to the latch, If you don't get another answer buy tomorrow evening I will take a picture of everything in my parts car (2002 Renegade) as it has no seats and no carpet to show you where everything goes. Not all KJs had this sensor though as my 2003 Limited doesn't have it.- gtommec

Got three questions
#1 you can go to a junkyard and buy the factory side rails and install them on your Liberty (but to go this route you will need to purchase new Nutzerts (or Rivnuts as they are also called) but the holes are already in your roof under the black rubber trim. Then you can buy the Mopar Cross bars...- gtommec

Tow Hooks?
ummm if you have an 06 Limited then your Liberty should look exactly like that. Granted since you don't have tow hooks you don't have the notches in the bumper for them but you should see the grooves there to cut them out Like this: (yellow circle)- gtommec

KJ Cherokee Badges
It is even easier than that Tom. The KJ Cherokee uses the same exact Cherokee door emblem as the 97-01 XJ Cherokee here in the states, so just go to your dealership and order 2 Cherokee badges for an XJ ( I already have 4 in my toolbox)- gtommec
