    New owner BAS/ABS/ESP problems

I have a similar problem except my lights never go off! Check out my post here: http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38218 I've replaced both rear wheel sensors, pulled the battery overnight, and the connectors look like new on the rear wheel sensors. Mechanic said my codes are for the...

Did deep snow wheeling now ESP/BAS, Trac, and ABS lights all on

Dealer said it was a problem with the left rear wheel sensor not giving a reading. Wiring is solid, sensor is new... what are the chances that the tone wheel is bad?

    HOW TO: Change Spark-Plugs

I just changed my plugs to Autolite double plats. A lot easier than I expected. The only thing I removed was the intake tube. Othewise I got it done with just a 6" and 3" 3/8" socket extension. All cheapo walmart tools. Took about 45min. At 86k, the stock plugs were really, really bad. I...

Did deep snow wheeling now ESP/BAS, Trac, and ABS lights all on

I scanned it and no codes came up. I just ordered new rear wheel sensors. That was the first thing that came out of every mechanics mouth when I asked them what could be wrong. I guess we will see.

Did deep snow wheeling now ESP/BAS, Trac, and ABS lights all on

I was up in the Superior National Forest area and found some pretty cool minimum maintenance roads (unpaved, unplowed) that I put about 200 miles on and now my dash is pretty lit up. It happened after about 25 miles in the deep snow and they all came on at once. The ESP/BAS, Traction control...

How did you first find your KJ?

I had no plans to buy a new vehicle, but I was on a road trip about 4 hours away from home at the time. Drove by dealer named "Sleepy Hollow Chevrolet" and on their used lot I saw a 2006 Liberty Sport with a tag for $7,495 in Nov of 2008. I thought that seemed damn cheap. When we got home that...

    Hi from WI!

Thanks for the welcome! I'd take some pics, but its covered in snow and ice. I painted the rims black because I like them, but couldn't stand the plain sliver. They are a flat/semigloss black and with the color of the truck, I think it looks cool as hell. I bought a Daystar lift and...

    Shock/Strut Options other than Rancho/OME?

I'm new here, but have doing a lot of reading. I have a 06 Sport that I want to lift a bit and have settled on the Daystar. I am going to replace shocks for sure and am 90% settled on a strut replacement as well since the truck has 80,000 miles on it. I do want to get the correct length shocks...

    Hi from WI!

Hey There! I bought a 2006 Liberty Sport about a month ago and love it. It has 80,000 miles on it, but for $7,500 it was too good of a deal. It is the brownish/greenish color and I blacked out the stock steel wheels. All fluids are switched over to synthetics now too. I am currently searching...
