    2014 Patriot needs some tires!!

My fiancé has a certified 2014 Patriot Latitude with 40,000 miles. The Pat is really sharp inside and out. The tires are way too small though. It is currently on 215/60/r17...there's so much space in the wheelwell and those low profile tires just look off. I can't wait to get a new set...

OME lift, Do not want to hammer pinch welds...245/75 vs 235/75

So you actually didn't notice the vehicle handling worse when you were riding E's or D's? I have read posts from plenty of people who swear by E's and D's. That's what has made this decision more difficult. The weight of a 215/85 E is I believe still less than or right around that of a P...

OME lift, Do not want to hammer pinch welds...245/75 vs 235/75

That's promising to hear that you never touched your pinchwelds. I have read from people who state they have had to. I was thinking maybe it was just with the tires that are really meaty. My Jeep is an 06 Sport if that means anything in regards to trimming plastic. If I go with a 245/75 it...

OME lift, Do not want to hammer pinch welds...245/75 vs 235/75

I do not want to hammer pinch welds and melt the plastic to accommodate 245/75 tires. Are there any A/T 245/75's that would not require this? Would the 245/75 offer much over a 235/75? If I am doing the math correctly the 245 would only offer about a 1/4 inch lift for the pumpkin over the 235...

Somebody please help me select lift parts!

The only two kits they offer are OME and Tommudd's. I only have around a grand for the parts so Tommudd's is out of my range and the OME kit comes with the standard size rear shock now. If I understand correctly the rear shock the kit comes with poses the risk of topping out....

Somebody please help me select lift parts!

Since OME no longer makes the 132L shock for the rear I am considering buying bilsteins instead. I am having a heck of a time figuring out everything I need to buy. I wasted tons of time reading about OME lifts in prior posts and decided to buy that one...only to find out the kits they now...

Lift faq: Read before asking questions!

So the 60069 shocks are not what I need for the 1.5" OME lift, but that's all OME makes anymore? So I can only try to find 132L's online or buy Bilsteins? Which Bilsteins? Could I use the 132L with the Newer OME coilovers? How about OME fronts and Bilstein rears? Should I just buy Bilstein all...

    OME 132 vs. OME 132L

So I do not want the 600069 for the 2.5" (1.5") coil lift then...That was all confusing me...thanks for your time.

    OME 132 vs. OME 132L

I guess the shock numbers on the FAQ I read were outdated and the 132 is now a 60069? Would the 60069 rear shock be good for the OME 1.5" lift?

    OME 132 vs. OME 132L

OME 60069 Nitrocharger Sport Are these the correct shocks to buy for ome 1.5" lift? If I buy these I have to buy the sports for the front too correct? Even though the 60069 are stock length, if I do not plan on going any higher than the coil lift then this is the correct length rear shock correct?
