    well yes first time i see this too, but it was a cheap filter and really old. i will probably buy a mopar one or a high quality one for the next oil change.

    well i did change the oil filter (it was old tbh) and so far no leaks, i have not made any other long trips but it has not leaked when parked or when i tested it. i will do a small trip tomorrow and tell you guys about it.
