Drove the jeep bout 30 mi., when coming down my driveway steam was coming from the tank. It never run hot. Next day found the cap loose, also noticed the fan would only come up to speed then cut off after 5 min. it would do it again. Tested relays, it only works on high, no low speed. How do I find out if it has a two speed. Dealer said it didn't say from the vin #.
