I believe I read in the manual around 60k. I just changed them on my "new" '05, and they were really bad, possibly the originals. 114k miles.
Went with Champion coppers.

Still got my plugs from the factory. My KJ just rolled over on to 51K. Still getting an avg of 16-18 MPG in city.

25-30k with NGK coppers. Used the platinum Bosch +4s one time and didn't idle nearly as well as with the coppers.

NGK copper. Will be done every 25-30k miles from now on. I'm not sure I didn't replace the originals at 79,000 when I took possession.

Have about 60-70k on mine now. I have the NGKs to put in...I just don't have time.

Still getting 17-20mpgs.

Once a year with Champion Copper's however this year I went with the OE NGK's because I could not find the Champions, Nobody had them in stock.

I change my spark plugs once a year in the fall, regardless of mileage. I use NGK's or Champion's copper cores. I also have ran Champion Platinums but copper runs the best. :ryu-cvs-hadoken-a:

Done. But I threw them out and didn't take pictures (sorry). Gap size was about .075. Surprised it was running as well as it was. I notice absolutely no difference in power. Maybe I'll see a bit in MPG.

After 20 miles I put in NGK Cops. (ok... i just bought her used with 129k on it) I thot I'd be pulling out the original plugs but was surprised to see Denso plugs in there. I'll probably keep to a 45k routine though.
