Where are the install instructions ? Not working on JBA's site...

Did a 5 tire rotation. Set the parking brake pads. Installed a set of rock rails. They are just the factory ones but will offer enough protection for were I take her. Also removed the end links to see if that was my clunking. Hit a couple speed bumps and no clunk. New end links will be ordered Monday morning. Also ordered a Matrix from JBA and a SOLID diff cover.

Steel is thicker
Instructions? It only goes on one way, can't really mess it up.

how does that rear bumper mount to the jeep?
and can you still install a hitch with it on there?
looks like the fuel tank skid is a requirement with that bumper btw... I could see that getting NAILED in the accident I just had.

Stock hitch bolts right on , bumper uses same mounting pints, 3 bolts per side plus two bolts per side going into the cross member
As far as getting hit in the rear, good hitch and a Kilby gas tank skid, good to go with anyone hitting you

Installed JBA's Adjust-a-struts. I'm starting to get a grin back on my face when I'm driving now. I'll get a big smile when I put 4:10's on.:icon_twisted:
501's rear bumper is sweet.:happy160: On a side note my Franky setup for the front is for sale.

Took the long way back from a buddies place and got the Jeep dirty. Washed it and cleaned the inside when I got home.
Touched up some paint chips on the hood and top.

Found some rust bubbling starting on the corners of the rear doors:thumbsdown:

Went to Harry's U pull it in Allentown and pennsburg... And picked up the power steering pump, the complete
Driver side caliper, all of the AC hardlines, the metal brace that goes Over The header panel, and a complete driver side door gonna head out to hazelton next week!

Gave the liberty a wash. Funny having to climb up on top to put RainX on the Moon roof. Never had to do that before. LOL

I've been tempted to ask for a step ladder so when I hand wash the Jeep I can get the roof at the house. First time in a long while I've owned a vehicle I can't reach the roof to clean.

Just stand on the rear tire like I do! For the front half open the front doors and use the handle. Or just buy a RV brush. That helps me a lot in the winter.

replaced the rear CV on the front driveshaft. no lift= tedious job

The rear tire is exactly how I get the top. I just open the front door for the front part.

I gotta replace mine for my lift glass and hood, Sick of jumping from under my hood every time I hear a creak!

I would like nothing more than a shot of something hard, a good cigar and a gun to shoot Murphy. I have officially given up on trying to put these damn spacers on. Extended Studs were too small in the splines so of course I pounded out all the old studs on one hub, thankfully but of course, noooooo.... Murphy had to come visit me once again after already ruining my great evening of putting in new studs. I ruined a stud, hopefully I can put a new one in. I got it 3/4ths of the way in when I couldn't turn it. Got the lug nut 9/10ths of the way off and the stud started spinning. So one of the night crew mechanics help cut it off for me. The Hub is aftermarket so that does bother the hell out of me if an aftermarket stud didn't work if a Mopar stud will work. I think I'll just go with the open ended lug nuts, black caps call it happy!

Birdman - what exactly are you trying to do? If you need any help let me know. I can set up a talk tune and try to get myself and a few other guys out to lend you a hand if it's needed.

I have 8mm wheel spacers, and I have never had this hard of a time ever putting them on. I never have seen a task so simple as this be so hard.

Why are you even trying to install them, what good are they going to do ? :shrug:Just curious what 5/16s of an inch will do
