When I changed my fuel filter with an advance auto parts one it was doing the same, once it warmed up it wouldn't start back over. Warm it up, and if it doesn't start, try the starting fluid, if it starts then it's your pump, get the whole kit from the dealer and you should be good.

Could it be the wiring to the rear defrost? One of mine was twisted and when closing the rear window it was getting stuck in the rubber and letting water in. Unplugged the wire, untwisted it and made sure it wasn't pinched between the seal and window.

When I was replacing my fuel pump my breather was attached to the driver's side tank support bracket, route it high so the tip is between the gas tank and the frame and attach it to the gas tank bracket
