    Two OBD Codes...

Thanks for the response. 2005 and approaching 80k miles. Again, not sure if these codes may be related. From the research I've done, the P0300 code doesn't tell us much....could be coil packs, wires, hose leaks, etc. Definitely not spark plugs as I changed all 6.

    Two OBD Codes...

Hi guys, CEL came on recently in my Liberty and at the same time, engine began running sluggishly when cold/accelerating (then would gradually start running OK as I drove). Diagnosed the CEL and got the following: P0300 (multiple cylinder misfire) P0152 (O2 sensor shorted to voltage)...

    Ironman Lift Results

Thanks guys, I'll give it a couple thousand miles. The alignment was already done. Trust me - would've been much more comfortable taking it to an expert like Tom but I'm on the east coast... Another problem I'm having now post-installation -- I have a vibration between about 45-52 mph but...

    Ironman Lift Results

Got my Ironman kit installed this past weekend as well as 235/75/16 Firestone Destination AT's. Went to a local family-owned shop that does all kind of work and has had great reviews. The guys seemed very nice and knowledgable. Honestly, I'm happy with how it looks, but the ride has not...

    Question on Ironman Kit

Pulled the trigger on the ironman kit and will soon pick up 235/75/16 Firestone Destination A/Ts to complement.

    Question on Ironman Kit

Perfect, all I needed to know. Thanks guys. Just wish they were still cheaper than the OME's!

    Question on Ironman Kit

While I was previously considering an OME setup, I'm now thinking about pulling the trigger on an Ironman kit. Reading through several threads, my conclusion is they ride a bit better than OME. Maybe not quite as much of a lift as an OME setup, but that's completely fine with me. Now, if I...

    Improved Ride Quality

Hey Atrus - resurrecting an old thread here. I'm considering the setup you have here - 926/947 (just without any extras in the front/rear for more lift). Also leaning towards 235/75/16 tires like you had. Any updates in regards to the ride quality? One of my main reasons for upgrading the...

    Pics of 925/947 Setup?

Yeah 265s are a little wide for the KJ in my opinion...at least for the look I'm going for. Found this pic on lostjeeps (posted by DarbyWalters - back in '08). 235/75/16s with OME lift. I just wish I knew exactly which OME lift it was). Very close to, if not exactly what I'm looking for.

    Pics of 925/947 Setup?

Yeah 245/75/16 stock seems like a guaranteed rub. Hell, I've read of this size still rubbing on lifted KJs. Also, I don't want to need re-gearing. My reasoning for 235/75/16 is just the fact that it's slightly taller than the 245/70/16 so may look a little better with a 926/947 setup. Still an...

    Pics of 925/947 Setup?

Thanks Hoosier. Yours looks very good with that setup, I have to say. Just looks clean. Now I'm thinking about 926/947 with 235/75/16s (slightly taller than 245/70/16).

    Pics of 925/947 Setup?

Hmmm ok, thanks Tucker. So would it be safe to say that a 926/947 lift would be even front & rear? Or at least more level than a 925/947 setup? I like seeing pics with no extra rings/spacers/isos for additional lift. This gives me the best idea of what each setup would look like. Really...

    Pics of 925/947 Setup?

Hi Hoosier, Looks great - nice Jeep, thanks for posting those. I did notice that you have 245/70/17 tires, no? They look great with the 926 springs you have, but they're a little bigger/taller than the 245/70/16's I plan on getting with my lift. I'm taking that into consideration with how it...

    Firestone Destination A/T vs LE2

Hello all, I'm debating between these 2 tires for replacements on my 05 Renegade... They both seem to have good reviews overall. I'd like something that will be good in snow/winter weather, but also quiet, comfortable, good tread wear, and suitable to have on year-round. Any...
