My greatest fear of those hand winches is it seems like you'd be REALLY close to everything if something comes loose on the cable or something else.

I'd be more excited about it if they'd do that AND use a redesigned, more well made part. If they're using their original parts it's only a temporary fix at best.

Methyl hydrate or methanol is highly toxic and can be absorbed quickly thru your skin. I wonder if ethanol would do the same thing without having to deal with toxic stuff?
