Sort of off topic for this thread, but because so many are talking about headlights in here, i was wondering if anyone makes a good HID bulb and housing for the KJ. From what i've read you are just being a jack*** if you run the bulbs without the right housing as the light scatters and blinds...

most auto transmissions that have many miles on them without a fluid change will have very dark/burnt fluid..Many vehicles don't have serviceable filters....
Yes, the cold can become a factor. My cherokee let me know when it was 20 below by spitting oil out of the area where the filter housing connected to the block. Only did it if it got to be 20 below or colder. Very odd. I'm in mayville.
Our jeep does a fair amount of backroad (gravel) driving, and i was wondering if there was any good mudflaps that were recommended. What i'm most worried about is the rocks that get thrown up by the tires. Rock chips lead to rust. Thanks in advance.
