Skid finally installed looks great ,sits flush to the rails..now just need to scratch and doing them up a bit

So random info ...i was having a grinding,clunking sounding sound coming from the front end everytime I took off from a stop or turned right or slowed down then accelerated...replaced a hub ,cv, front drive shaft...couldn't get rid of the grinding/clunking thought it could be the diff..long...

Almost done ...got one of my buds and local fabricator making me some skids out of 3/16 A36 carbon ...cant wait to beat these skids up a bit

I got the powertrax no slip...I forget it's there I daily the thing with no issues,offroad it's a beast,I've posted pics of the libby rock crawling etc. There hasn't been a trail yet that I cant keep it with my wrangler buddies......once I go solid front axle I'll he installing the same locker...

I did not..stock gearing with a locker in the rear...I did lose some power but it's a jeep so it was never fast, my trans doesn't shift unnecessary and I've been rockin that size since I bought it over 120k miles later still good..I can still pass in traffic and go up hills without slowing down...

Just go to rocky road outfitters and get their complete kit the rockfather,which will include upper A arms..double up on the rear rubber spring iso's,2 hockey pucks per side in the rear , hammer down the front pinch weld and you'll run 255/75/17 which are 32s all day with no issues ...been...

Think I need a new front drive shaft still keeps on truckn regardless of the annoying noises...still looks good

Check out Rocky Road outfitters..I use them on my Kj,Xj and Zj people dog them but my Kj has been to moab all over AZ and cali with no suspension issues because of them..they might have what you need

I've drivin in snow and snowy roads and highway with it,I can say I didnt have an issue but then again I drive like an old man in my jeep lol

Do it..I got my powertrax no slip which I hear is similar in drivability to this one ..I cant tell it's even back there until it's working on the trails
