I’m thinking of getting rock sliders and i can’t find anyone who makes them except RRO, however it sounds like their product isn’t very good. So is there any other alternative to them at this point?

I asked the question about the availability of boulder bars of Quinn a day or so ago and got this encouraging response back in an email. We'll see!

...We made them in house. I would consider making some when we slow down a little in the fall. Check with me around september and let me see what we can do...

Please keep us informed. Perhaps a few more orders will make it more worth their while.

Well, let’s get a list of folks together that want em, then we will contact them to arrange the orders simultaneously. Helps out a small business and we all get the goodies we want.

Figure we’ll need at least six folks, so start saving your pennies now and we’ll work on this when I get back in August.

Make sure people are serious about buying
Seen a bunch of different buys start and 100 folks said they wanted X
But when X was being built 90 per cent of the folks disappeared
Happened when I was building rear bumpers, that is why I did only ten, wasnt worth the hassle of people saying yes, PM them and well noy yhis week, maybe next, or not right now etc
If you are serious you'll put the money aside or say up front, sure would be nice but can't afford for 6 months / whatever
Not throwing water on anyones parade but like I said being on various Jeep forums over the years seen it happen many , many times

How much are they, or at least how much were they when they were available?
If my memory serves they were around 425-450 I think
But very well built and heavy duty
I ran a set on the 04 before I went with the Rock Lizard ones

Agreed. No need to complicate things. If folks are interested, they ought to get in touch with AllJ in September. I don't mind helping to drum up business in everyone's best interests in the meantime.

I'm in. Newbie here. I have a 04 limited with OME 2" lift. With JBAs Thinking about new wheels and tires from America's tire. Fuel maverick wheels maybe. Not looking to build a beast, but something capable when needed. Daily driver, but getting 13mpg. Anyways, I'm looking for small upgrades right now and I think these would do nicely.

I would be interested in a set also and would be fine with spending the money when the time came. I actually emailed them recently about it also.

13 ? wow that is low
when getting wheels 7 inch wide and 4 inches of backspacing with 245 75 16s work great
Most wheel manufactures do not make decent wheels for a KJ unless you want them to stick out like Bro Trucks do , gosh awful look
