I bought a 2005 KJ a few months ago and have one lingering problem. The windshield washer fluid only sprays about 1/3 as high as it should. I replaced all the hoses, swapped the cowling/nozzles with that of my 2004 KJ (which were spraying just fine up until that car's death), blew air through the lines to clear any blockages, and replaced the pump. When none of those worked, I checked the voltage when the pump lever was pulled and got the expected 12V. I'm out of ideas. Any other suggestions before I take it to the dealership to get looked at?

Probably some new nozzles are in order. They can get plugged up a bit.
Remove the hose to nozzle & then you could use a fine drill, or sewing needle to hopefully regain a larger spray.

That's not it unfortunately. The one's on the car now were working fine 2 day prior to the swap, and after the swap had the same lack of performance as the original set of nozzles

dirt in the system/tank clogging them up ?
Swap in another tank, or just mount a new one under the hood like we do when installing aftermarket bumpers

Wouldn't be the tank. The pump's intake is a solid straw into the bottom. Have tried a brand new pump as well as replaced and blown out all the hoses.

LOL
ok
I fully understand what a KJ tank looks like / how it works , have cut plenty of them up to mount under the hood
BUT it could still be something right there in the pickup area
But seems it seems like you do not think
so
Good luck with your dribble
