Swapping a Dodge Ram 3.7l 2002 into my 2002 liberty

So if I'm understanding correctly....
Any 3.7L from 2002-2004 will interchange "without" having to replace the cam sprockets,reluctor ring,etc....as long as it's basically from the same vehicle?
