I know it's not me, but who has the oldest Liberty here? Should be running and in regular (though not necessarily daily) use.

Post the Year, Build Date, and First-Sold Date if you know them.

To kick it off, I have a 2007 with a build date of September 19, 2006. It was first sold in October of 2006 and I am the second owner.

Well There you go Prof^^ built in late 2001 !:)
I looked at my door sticker as it was a Canadian Export, it also had french.
It stated Date of MFG/ DE FUBAR - I had to get my glasses out, it actually stated DE FABR ;)

2002 Export 2.5 CRD Manual Sport RHD.

Ordered it I think about Feb 2002, color dark metallic

green, tow bar, Mopar Roof Rack, Mopar mud flaps all round.

Delivery kept getting delayed while the price kept climbing!

Picked it up 11th May 2002....still have it. Not too much mileage done...about 190 000 kms.

Was told when I ordered it that it had a Mercedes engine...did not happen.:(

Has Drum Brakes at rear, no ABS or Cruise Control and Command Trac transfer case with Trac Loc limited slip rear diff 4.10.

Maybe the oldest CRD KJ on this Forum!;)

The Build Date is located on a sticker once you open the driver's door on the side, it also includes the tire air pressure etc.

SteaKnifeBigBro - looks great, especially if those are recent. Really nice shape.

As for the build date, I did not know it was on the door. (Now I'll have to go and look.) I got mine off the build sheet I ordered from Jeep, though you can get them from other places using the VIN.

I took the photos last week. I had new speakers and an amp/sub installed and also some 245/70/16 BFG KOs installed too.

That's another one that will be tough to beat. I wonder what the initial sell date was for the KK? Can't be much earlier than that.

And for Bill, I'd say you have the overseas trophy about locked up.

I think my 02 was a Nov 2001 build. Wish I kept that one. The 05 just didn't feel the same to me.

Nope....never had that sticker from new.!
I tried to find it so as to be able to inflate the tires to the correct pressure when I first got the Jeep.

Maybe the RHD Export models fell through a crack somehow!o_O

I have the VIN on the front left of the windscreen.
I decoded it with the information I got off the 2002 Parts Fiche that I have but it is not detailed enough to show the Build Date.

I will try your link to see if I can get more info.
It is a waste of time to chase after a missing sticker after all these years.....the local Dealers are worse than useless and this Jeep and I do not have too many years left in any case!;)
