Front brake chattering

Hi,
I can't seem to figure out this problem.
The right front brake makes a loud clicking, chattering sound.
It only happens on light braking, and stops when I apply more pressure, as I'm coming to a full stop.

I already replaced "everything". And even tried different brake pads. The problem comes right back after driving a few miles.

I just noticed the lower ball joint is a little loose, using a crowbar, it moves about 1/8 inch.
Could the worn ball joint be causing this chatter/clicking problem?

Everything ?? Does that include the flexable hose running up to the frame ? If bad and yes they go bad it could be holding pressure for a bit then slowly releasing it

Mine is kinda similar, I get a buzzing from my nder the hood though, and only my driver's front wheel seems to chatter though it's more of a stutter. Also only happens on light braking, and intermittent AF. Like it may not do it for a drive cycle or 2, and then only once on the next, and only for a minute or two. I also get my abs, esp, and tcs lights on, and they may or may not go off, sometimes more than once on my long drives (have a 75 mi run @ 75 mph twice a week) though the brake issue might happen once a week, whether or not the dash lights are on, randomly. I'm lost at this point, but it's my DD, and it still stops

Yes

Replaced the ball joint. Still have same problem.
Going to replace the wheel bearings next. Found the one a bit stiff and noisy.
