I'm wondering where everyone is at with there wheel base The front is in it's home now (It could go further forward and the rear could also move another 3/4" to 1" back) and I'm at 111" That's a stretch of 6.7" from the Factory 104.3" wheel base. 2" back in the rear and 4.7" forward up front. The look at 111" is Mean sorry for the lack of pictures no time lately.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
I moved my rear axle back 1.75",with 35" tires stuffed(true 34.25" measured hieght).Any farther back then cutting is required and the gas tank is in the way and would have to be relocated.

Moved the front axle forward 2 some inches.

Now that pic above is not at current full stuff due to having temp front shocks in.After the correct front shocks were in and the mounts modded correctly the front stuffs up into the wheel well another 3".

So I'm at between 108"-109" of wheel base.

I'm in the process of cutting the body behind the rear wheels and in front of the front wheels, I do not plan on keeping the stock flares. I know the reply to this will be but it's a Uni-body you are weakening it etc. Every place that is being cut open is being reconnected with 1/4" plate strength will not be an issue. I will post pics of just what kind of cutting I am talking about soon enough. My rear wheels are pretty much where Troys are at full stuff (The Grabbers Measure 34 3/4" with the jeep on them) I'm running a Riddler cover with the stock 8.25" and have lots of clearance. The front needs too be cut alot and the wheel is no where near the center of the opening, The plan is to cut straight out the front and run a flat fender look with a set of tube fenders all the way around the jeep. I haven't remembered to take the camera to the shop with me in a few weeks, maybe next time over I will get some shots to post.

Coo!
Go hard!

I too plan on "Radiusing" the front wheel wells.
Only I want to remove all of the sheet metal fender material
that is usually covered by the factory flare.
