Clutch went but compessor is fine. I looked for a new mopar clutch but they are real expensive like 300 bucks and only dealers sell them???? so I decided to get a new or reman compressor as i can get one of those for about 200.
I know when a compessor blows you need to replace the accumulator, the orifice tube, and dryer as the blown compressor clogs everything up with chewed up rubber. But, since mine didn't blow should I go to the effort and expense of replacing that stuff or just throw a new compressor on it?
I got a bypass going with a shorter belt on it right now so no rush, just sweating my butt off.
