Hellew..
I'm Josh, and I've been trying for about 3 months to become a member over at lostkjs.com, but it seems that I'm either not wanted over there, or someone hasn't/doesn't like checking their email LOL.. so by mistake, I came across this website and instantly registered.
I previously had a 99' Oldsmobile Alero, which was awful.. It got to the point where I really didn't want to drive it, it got so old, nothing worked in it.. it had power EVERYTHING, but only the power seat functioned.. windows, mirrors, locks, even the A/C didn't work.. so I traded that piece of scrap in.
and now, I'm the proud owner of a black 2002 Liberty Sport 4x4, and as stock as it is, it is a monster off road. And by stock, I mean it doesn't even have tow hooks or a hitch.
It's also got some of the worst shoes I've ever seen on a vehicle.. It's got some wierd michelins on the front, a goodyear wrangler SR-A on the rear passenger side, and some highway tire on the rear driver side.. which is embarrassing, and all of which are nearly bald.
My first step to making my Jeep more off-road worthy is to get it some new tires, or a 2" lift and some bigger tires, or.. funds permitting, get hooks, hitch, lift, 245/75/16's, and skid plates all at or around the same time.
I'll get some pictures put up here in an hour or so. Hopefully I can learn alot from this place!
Pictures! -------
Here's when I first got it, what a change going from a lowered sports sedan to a Jeep.. A change I LOVED.
And here's after my first off road experiance..
(Note to self, ROLL THE WINDOWS UP before attempting this)
Glad it cleans up really nice and easily, I LOVE my Jeep!
