MOPAR rock rails.... just for show???

I had them through the 07 - 09 season. By the time I took them off, they were in super-bad shape and the pinch weld got bent which made the replacement rails hard to installate. You can put them on but you will be replacing them eventually. The rails from Rock Lizard Fad are the best conceived by mankind.

i think that is where i might be headed...wish they came painted

Yeah, I bent my drivers side one. I think I saved the quarter panel so they are better than nothing, but that's all.

The RL ones are supposed to be the best I hear, so I agree with JLRockies.

I panted mine with brush-on Rustoleum Hammered. You're going to have to touch them up whenever you hit a rock with them anyway. My front, rear bumpers and roof rack are painted with Hammered rattle can.

The aspect of what makes the RL sliders so great is also what makes it a pain to install. Make sure you have a good drill and nice sharp bits.... you will be making holes my friend. I highly recommend going with the super skink option.
