YES IT WILL WORK!
The computer was changed for the '05 model year and later to the NGC version - the '02 thru '04 used the JTEC computer.
That '04 WILL work in your '03.
P.S. The two timing components that would need to be changed if you used an '05 or later are the crankshaft reluctor ring and the camshaft timing sprocket. For a complete overview of the process go here: Engine Swap Overview
