Did you try swapping the bulbs around?

It's a dual filament bulb. Most likely the low beam filament is burnt out

Check the hi/low relay for the headlights. There may be a bad contact preventing the passenger side low beam from energizing.

Coolant colour doesn't mean much, different manufacturers use different colours. I'd fix that leak before driving too much, if you run...
