Window makes noise! What is this inside my door?

2002 liberty drivers door

Auto open or opening the window all the way produces a skipping noise as the window doesnt know where to stop so it just continues and makes noise. I have to stop it before the noise starts. can I fix this or do I have to replace the whole power window unit?

I have to replace the door stopper!

It has a new radio & speaker installed

1st picture is the amp for the speakers. looks like the previous own changed the speakers.
You'll need to mount the amp to the door panel. silver side should face towards the inside of the door to be air cooled as it's a heat sink.

The white hose int he 2nd picture is what the flexible worm gear for your window regulator is housed and slides inside as the window goes up and down.

the amp is not needed anymore so I removed it.

the worm flexible worm gear part is stripped and the hose is broken so I have to either replace both parts or change out the motor assm.

any suggestions anyone??

so i just bought this jeep with 150kmiles
The auto down makes a clicking sound when you send the window at the very bottom. the window never goes all the way down. just clicks forever! the white hose just broke again and it looks like it was repaired with tie straps a while back.

I just ordered a new complete unit off eba_

It is not hard to install but easy to cut yourself.
