Will these fit? Problems?

Hey everyone.. I got my loan yesterday for my new 2003 lib, and was wondering... I know it claims it will fit a lib, but I thought I remember reading on here about the wheel being a 4.5 inch off set, it would rub? And for the people with the 20 inch rims... what size tires are you running? I saw one on ebay that is advertising a lift kit.. with a set of 20 inch rims and some mud tires.. thats what I would like to do.. but was wondering what size tires I would need to be able to fit under the lib.. plus I plan on having a 3 inch lift installed before I get the wheels..
