Should. The replacement gates micro v belt i got was the exact same size as what i took off, i checked them.

Comfortably numb
Just got the gates 38167 from Rock Auto today for my 02. Looks identical to what I believe is the original which has over 160k on it. Its a 90mm smooth steel / 76mm grooved. Current belt is only about 5k old.
