Changing spark plugs and was working in the passenger side rear when I heard a slight pop. I managed to break the plastic T fitting where the two plastic lines from the back of the engine connect and go into the air filter box. I assume I will have to order new plastic tubes as they appear to have been glued together? What are these lines called so I know what to ask for?

it's some kind of vacuum line I'd guess, of it's going to the air box. I'm not near my manuals to look it up exactly, sorry.

just your PVC lines...replace them with braided rubber hoses and generic plastic T's and elbows from the hardware store...You can do the whole project for <$20 and never have to worry about it again.
