I need to change the hose on the right in the pic on a 2003 Jeep Liberty under the overflow tank. I am not sure what the part is called it is hooked to the heater core and split open. I am also not sure if you have to order the whole assembly or if I can just change the hose, as it has aluminum on the end of it. I took this screenshot from a video I found on the net. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Update: for anyone looking for info on this part, it is on many Jeeps

Dealer wanted $135, I found it on ebay for $80.74. Part # is MOPAR 55038331AG Heater Hose-HVAC Heater Hose. Was actually very easy to change, you remove the overfill tank and put to the side, & you pull the Air filter case and it is easy to get to. The air filter case just pulls out. Took me less than an hour to change.
