I was able to remove the front diffrential today off a 06 liberty limited for my 04 liberty sport. Both v6 with 3.73 gear. But after removing it I notice that on the hallow hole part for the intermediate has a stamp that say 06 K1 50763 Dana. While on mine say 03 K2 50763 Dana. I also took the time to look at an 04 liberty rocky mountain edition that has 04 K4 50763 Dana stamped on it aswell. My question is will it still fit on 04 liberty sport just because the k# doesn't match. I also included a photo of the axle mount I was talking about in my recent post along with the keep it came off of.

1st pic is the stamp on my 04 sport diff the rest is of the 06 liberty limited.

As far as I know as long as the ratio is the same they are compatible. The K number may just be a mold identity from manufacturing.

Most likely it's a lot# and represents a manufacturing date ot batch. You shouldn't have any trouble with compatibility
