Hey all,

I have a question about the air vent outlets in my KJ. All of them have some or all blades broken, so it’s almost impossible to control the horizontal airflow, and it’s just broken plastic, so I don’t see a way of repairing them myself. I’ve tried to find some used or Mopar-made replacements, but I’ve only dug out this Amazon page:

Is there any other way to obtain these outlets? Maybe some other company that makes these? Or any other used parts that don’t cost $50 a piece, since I need to replace all four of them?

Junkyard?

I could send you a couple from my parts jeep if you cover shipping.

Anyone know the trick for popping these out unbroken?

If you were able to send four of them, then I'd definitely be interested.

As for removing them, I followed this video, seems to work well:

That's pretty simple! I was expecting special tools, tiny broken plastic catches, dash scratches and a little blood.
