I have a clonking noise when I suddenly accelerate or will release accelerator, it seams to be the UPPER CONTROL ARM BUSHING. Is this something critical that I need to fix right away? Do they sell the bushing alone or I need the hole arm?

Thanks

try jacking up that corner, grab ahold of the arm and see if you are getting any movement out of it. try moving the tire in and out from the top of it and bottom checking the ball joints and wheel bearing. check to make sure the hardware holding it in place is torqued down. sounds like it could maybe be a motor mount also.
