transmission malfunctions

Hi,
I have a well maintained 2005 Liberty limited with 40,000 miles.Ocasionally in the morning when I back out of my driveway and put it in drive it acts like it's in neutral and just revs when I step on the gas pedal. If I shut it off and restart the motor it will work fine. This has happened 3 times in 10 days. be a computer problem or can anyone tell me what the cause of this problem can be?? thanks for any help.

When was the last time the transmission was serviced?
As in full dealler flush, filter, and new ATF+4 ****** fluid?
