transmission cooler lines for 2003 Liberty, 3.7L

Are trans lines available anywhere for a 2003 Liberty? I spotted a small leak at one of the plastic clips that support the lines, rust prone area. It's just weeping, a drop or so, but I know it'll get worse eventually.
Or does anyone have the Mopar part number for the OEM lines? Thanks!

Looks like the supply and return are one unit. I think Amazon has them too.
