tow hooks

im sure this has been asked before but where can i find cheap tow hooks and how do i put them on?

There's no such thing as cheap tow hooks. You get them from the dealer. Unless you are lucky enough to find some for sale on a forum or eBay. They are still not cheap.

Search for installation instructions. I'm sure they're on here somewhere.

The alternative is to OEM recovery hooks is use some drop receiver hitches and D-ring shackles on the front. This will take some fabrication (drilling) but it doesn't look to be complex, just tedious. Look through the "How To's" - there's a thread called "tow points stronger than the KJ" or something to that effect.

On the rear, a hitch receiver can be used with the proper accessory. Generally speaking, front tow hooks are expensive and not extremely easy to find used. Rear hooks are a little cheaper and easier to find.
