Tow hook question.

Hey guys whats up. I wanted to know one quick thing. I will be getting my front tow hooks probably for christmas. As for the rear if i have a trailor hitch, can i just use that with a D shackle (i think its called) instead of getting a rear tow hook ? What do you guys recomend.

I just stick the receiver pin through the loop in the strap.. some people say the sin could get bent..

Yes, you can use a shackle.. O:)

I run a shackle that attaches to my receiver. No problems so far.

I also have a shackle that slips into the receiver. I know it works because I was stuck in the mud and used it to winch out.

just be sure to flip the shackle up if your offroad. Those things get beat to death when they hang down.. Could cause some harm if you hit it really hard.. O:)
