From me? Yeah... I'm sure you guys are surprised.

OK, so who here runs 255/70s? Do they fit? Lifted or stock? Rubbing or not? I ask because I saw this meaty set of tires at Sam's Club... they were 255/70s, and I already run 245/70s. They didn't look THAT much bigger...

Around this time next year, I will end up buying tires. I drive way too much for tires to last me 5 years. It just won't happen.

Anyway, my sister saw some Wrangler MT/Rs and her eyes lit up. Gee, what need does she have with those? LOL.

I had some 255/70/16's on mine.. But my Rims have 5" BS which makes rubbing worse both front and rear. I could of put up with the rubbing, just not the loss in torque. I also had the OME lift.

I sold those and got some 245/70/16's and I am very happy with them. O:)

I was under the impression that 245/70/16 would be the biggest that would fit without any rubbing if you are not lifted.

I had 245/70/16's on my Liberty when it was stock and I experienced no rubbing during normal driving and while doing some mild off roading.

Not necessarily bigger. I like the size that I have. I just had questions since I don't see this size mentioned much.
