Would the tires off a 13 Rubicon fit on my 03 liberty? Also what modifications would I have to do to fit a 30x12.5 tire? Also a 20x9 inch rim? Is it even possible?

The Rubicon wheels would need a bolt pattern adapter, won't just bolt up like the ones that came on it.

Can't answer the remaining questions, but a 20x9 wheel? Really? For why?

Not only heck no, I'm not sure that ANY tire sized to fit a 20" wheel is going to literally fit inside the wheel well. Plus it would look ridiculous.

Tire size was P245/50/20

Good Lord that's a lot of chrome on a Jeep. And I still think 20s on a KJ/KK looks bad. lol. Must be a very special Special Edition, I've never seen nor heard of one.

50 series tires on a Jeep... ugh.. I shudder at the thought.
