Okay, I need new tires, I got 60K out of my BFG AT's, and am going to try the General Grabber AT2's now. My problem is that on Tirerack.com they seem to not carry the 235/70/16. Can anyone help me find them?

Thanks!

Grabber AT2 245/70/16 is a 29.5" tire that will fit no problem. my Fuzion 245/65/17's are the same height with no rubbing. Your BFG AT KO's at 235/70/16 were 29.1 so you are only looking at about 1/2" height / Outside diameter difference so don't worry. The 245's are 10mm wider so that will make them look and grab better too.

You guys sure there'll be NO rubbing with no lift on that?

Also, can the pinion factor be adjusted in the computer for that tire size, or does the computer only accomodate the OEM and OEM optional size?

it's alright, i found some at tire rack for $107 a tire total shipped is $544. that's 235/70/16 General Grabber AT2. then $60 at hibdon's for mount and balance which includes rotate and balance for the life of the tires, which will be a logn time b/c I just got 60K out of my BFG AT's, and an alignment if I need it. They said they check it, and if it is in spec., they don't do it.

Just wanted to let you all know, I called tirerack and got my tires. General Grabber AT2 in 235/70/16 and should be here Thursday! $544.04 was the total. Not bad at $107 a tire plus $116.04 for shipping to my house!

Sure as rain , ran them for 10,000 or so before lift and no problems at all, VERY MINOR rubbing at full lock backing up
