The Mounds (Davison, MI) - 2/24/08

My buddy is a part of the JeepGeeks at Chrysler headquarters, and he planned a short trip up to The Mounds in Davison on the 24th. about noon until 3 or 4. You'd need a MI ORV sticker, and it's like $10 to get into the park.

Should be a great time, it'll be my third time there. It's not too challenging unless you want it to be, so you can come stock (I did).

Feel free to reply here and I'll give further information. No point in typing it all out if nobody is interested.

Perfect timing too. As long as I can get back to downtown detroit by 6...

Cool, should be a good time. Nothing too challenging (unless you want it to be). I just spoke to him, and it sounds like ~6 vehicles going. Perfect - not too big, not too small.

An added bonus is due to the weather, we shouldn't have to worry about the ATV's whipping around too much. I am thinking we'll have the place mostly to ourselves. They shut down in March until the spring thaw is over, so this is the last chance for a few months.

Unless a Tsunami hits or something, yes, the plan is to be there around noon. I'll be there by noon (as my buddy organized it, he'll get there early, and we'll do a 2-man caravan up there).

I'll be on here the morning of and all days prior, so if anything changes, I'll post/PM it.
