If you're looking for value... Then I'd say Rusty's.

I have a rusty's kit with upgraded Rancho RSX shocks and I am really happy.

What is the best place to build this lift ? ? ? ? ? ? and Make they the delivery in canada?

A lot of people install the lift right in their driveway, but you can also try a local offroad shop if you have one handy. I imagine they will ship to canada, but you should call and ask them.

You can also try going through your local Garage shops. You may be able to order directly through them and have them install it.

Well, depending on which lift kit you want you can get it anywhere online. There are phone numbers on the webpages so you could also call them.

Here is the rustys spacer lift and the full spring lift:

Here is All J's website for the Franken lift which is the tallest lift you can get for the kj.

Language skills

You're English is better than my French. The extent of my knowledge of the French language stops at 'manage a trois'.

Lift kit by JBA

I am thinking about adding a lift kit to my 2007 Liberty Sport. Has anyone use JBA lift kit. If not what is the best lift kit to use?

I suggest some reading on here for you to see whats best for you and your budget
You have a few to choose from and also various prices.
As well you have to think about how much lift you want
Example OME 927/948 combo gets you 2.5 inches of lift
BUT
if you want more an inch more is easy to obtain
BUT
then you get into needing new JBA upper control arms
Best is the JBA adjustable coilovers have that set up on two of my KJs and the ride is great
SO
whats your budget and how much lift do you want?

Also get out of 2006 posts, so much has changed since then LOL
