It's about 40 degrees and rainy in Pennsyltucky, and the Mrs. calls me because she's freezing her can off. She said the guage read normal, but no heat was coming out. She went to lunch, and viola, she now has heat. I haven't taken the radiator cap off since we bought it, so no, it's not air lock. Has this happened to anyone else? Is the stat a PIA to get to?

I call it the spring glitch. Every year this time I have the same problem. This morning it was 68 in the house and the furnace didn't kick on. So I just turn it up until it kicks on then back to 71. It only happens for 1-2 weeks in the spring.

Sorry, I'm talking about the stat in the Lib. I looked all over the intake manifold for it, but I have no idea where it could be.

oof. That sounds like a pain to do. If it happens again, I may be hitting you up for a copy of the manual. But until then, thanks.

no problem. I'd love to put the pics up, but Adobe Acrobat is a PITA with copying pictures.
