sticking rear disc brakes

the rear brakes on my 2003 liberty are sticking, With The key on ,and running, I CAN NOT push it by hand, with key off I can push it by hand.
I Just replaced both rotors, pads ,Parking brake shoes , brake hardware, Left side caliper . I also tried adjusting parking brake.
This did not help me . THANK YOU for any help with this.​

sounds like the flexible line to the brake caliper may have collapsed internally and is acting as a check valve...only other possibility i could think of would be a bad abs module.

Yeah that doesnt make sense. Does the jeep have abs?

If it were me, i would jack it up and turn each wheel by hand. I can normally tell if something is going on. I can tell even more when i try to slide the caliper off the rotor.

All of the sliders on the calipers lubed up?

If so you got a master cylinder/booster issue,if not it could be much more difficult and $$$ to trouble shoot.​

Thanks for the help. Yes , my jeep does have abs. I had it jacked up when I adjusted the E brakes. truned the wheels as I ajusted them. Seemed to trun OK , The key turned off, untill I adjust them out untill I could not turn wheels, then backed them off a little. After replacing e brake they still do not work. The left side caliper is new, Iwill try to lube the right side . (( THANK YOU JeepJeepster))

when I frist noted this only The left side rotor heated up. So far the only parts not replaced is the rigth side caliper and brake hoses. THANKS for the help...

THANK YOU for the help!! As soon as we can afford to will try replaceing flexible lines . Will try leftside frist it was only side that got hot..
